What every agile coach should read?

Learning, growing and discovering are some of the strongest motivations for many agile coaches. And there are not many better ays to learn something new than reading a good book.

So with the Christmas time coming you could decide to spend some time re-watching TV classics or you could read a book as suggested by Groucho Marx:

I find television very educating. Every time somebody turns on the set, I go into the other room and read a book.

To make it easier for you, I’ve created a short decision tree for agile coaches. The tree consists of some of my favourite and most influential books.

And remember what Oscar Wilde said:

“It is what you read when you don’t have to that determines what you will be when you can’t help it.”

Enjoy your reading time 📚🤓

P.S. If you’re interested in exploring the DevOps space, check out this blog post by Alex Yates for the The Octopus Deploy — he was the first to create a book decision tree like this.
